The first thing to tell you, is my like and love for soups. However,All my life i have hated Mondongo´s soup. Since when i was a child until nowdays. This is a Colombian tipical dish. I don´t like the smell, and the appearance it has. For example, sometimes, dishes like this makes me feel bad. It sounds strange for me, but for many people that i know, this kind of food sounds delicious. If my parents had given me eat this kind of soup, i would have eaten all this years.
